"Blunder Like A Grandmaster..."

It is far from being common to see a grandmaster rated 2500+ to lose the game with White pieces in less than 15 moves and on the top of that in the opening like Caro-Kann! However, such an "inconvenience" can happen even to a player of that category. So not only US - the ordinary mortals - do the blunders, also THEM - The Gods - do the same things. 
I think that GM Alexander Stripunsky will not have some nice recollections on the first round of US Championship 2012 in Saint Louis when he faced with white pieces to GM Alexander Onischuk.... Let's have look what happened.
