IM Richard Polaczek

Richard Polaczek (47) is an international master from Belgium. Last weekend in Hinckley he played for Pandora's Box on the second board and gained for team 1.5 point out of 2.

Playing against Joachim Wittmann (Kings Head) he achieved nice miniature.

The battle went on in the Leningrad Variation of Dutch Defence, which speaks volumes about aggressive intentions of Black, however, Wittmann blundered in move 18.... and the rest is history.
