Amy Milson - Lincolnshire Chess Champion U18, 2012

Saturday 17th November 2012, King's School Grantham was  the venue of Lincolnshire county championship of juniors U18.
New Lincolnshire champion U18 became Amy Milson (King Edward Louth) with stunning score 6/6!

Happy Champion Amy Milson, and The Major Organizer of Event,  Mr. Phill Beckett

Second place belongs to Neelay Sant (Boston Grammar) with 4.5/6.
Third place was shared by Will Taylor and Will Knight (both Grantham King's) and Augustus Jackevic of John Gleed School, all with 4/6.

Several promising players from "King's" did not participate because this championship collided with school rugby match so players who could have some impact on the results played rugby!
The event would be impossible to organize without tremendous effort of major organizer and referee Mr. Phill Beckett, a math teacher of Grantham King's School.

Happy Winners
